Before you can receive XRdoge tokens, you need to set up a trustline between your wallet and the XRdoge issuing account.
A trustline is how the XRPL ensures tokens can only be received with your permission. By setting up a trustline with the XRdoge issuing account, you let your wallet accept XRdoge securely and prevent unwanted tokens.
